When exam students are in your area, they can be referred straight to you, then you can sell them the exam according to your own class schedule and prices. Remember, this is free for registered ServSafe® proctors, and there will never be a fee for the referrals. The Food Safety Training Center teaches the ServSafe® program of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation with a regular schedule of classes and examinations. The one day session is for ANSI accredited food safety certification now required by the State Board of Health. The FSTC Class Schedule is posted below. Registration is accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Seating is limited. For more information or instructions to register call 334-399-7270.
