The Food Safety Training Center teaches the ServSafe¬ģ program of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation¬†with a regular schedule of classes and examinations. The one day session is for ANSI accredited food safety certification now required by the State Board of Health. The FSTC Class Schedule is posted below.
