How long do I have to complete the training, after I register?
The ticket life is 240 hours of running-clock time. The 240 hour ticket-life for the training begins when you start the first video in the Course Chapter List. During the ticket life you can start and stop as needed. You can repeat and review the training content as often as you like during that 240 hour ticket-life. A Ticket-Life-Counter (TLC) is contained within the Course Chapter List. The ticket life counter continues to count down, even if you stop watching or log-off. Each time you return to the Course Chapter List, the TLC will show how much time remains on your ticket-life. If you are watching a chapter at the instant the ticket runs out, you will be allowed to complete that chapter. However, after the ticket expires, to continue your training you will need to purchase another Access Ticket.

When is my ticket considered spent?
As soon as you click to start the first video in the Course Chapter List, your ticket is considered SPENT. There is no refund for a spent ticket. If you don’t complete the training, for whatever reason, within the 240 hour ticket-life, you will need to buy another ticket.

If I still have time remaining on my ticket clock, when I finish my training, can I watch it again?
